Seeing as my soul mate is not physically here to do so ...
By the fact that during my confused times ... I do have lucid posts to show I am doing OK ... when I have those doubts that cloud my days ... such as at the start and end of Thursday I was tending to go round in circles ...
During some cleaning too that day; I was scrubbing the same place over and over as my thoughts transported me elsewhere
