you can always tell the climate in the way people struggle to feed themselves ... let alone slipping an item in ... for the food bank.
On my travels to have fresh air and the struggles to keep well, with all that I have to contend with, the food bank trolley was not filling as fast as usual.
I consequently put in a bag of goodies. Even before our recent circumstances. We used to delivered Christmas Hampers as well as at Harvest Time to those who struggle to get out. This was back in the days of local community life in a Kernow town in my role with the Girl Guide Movement from a Brownie to a Young Leader.
And hubby as a member of the Salvation Army in his community ... It is also well known in what they do too ...
