I had with those tatties to sister, it turns out they have not had that particular meal in a while. The comforts of a meal loved. The mash turned out really really well. It reminded me of home economics cooking days at school too. The dire memories making way to the joys of recipes in making from over those years past.
It is a shame too many rules and regs. I could set up a tearoom along a place in Kernow. Those heady days of eras gone by.
