we caught up over video call or whatever you call it ... from Cheshire to Cornwall ... I had not visually seen Mum's twin sister, since Dads funeral ...
They were interested in those crafts of ours and all groaned when asked what colour I had ... it was black ... It was OK, when I said it had sparkly sequins, too.
Today they would be pleased ... I am in the pink and white and daisy colours and blues ...
I am wearing pinks ... my embroidery still untouched, is a picture of daisies and I am knitting a scarf while watching a box set of programes I try to settle down with daily, to rest from the day's recovery work.
This scarf is in ombre blue with a touch of white, for daughter ... she might get it, in time for next Winter ????
