Despite a very trying time today...focused on my own being in the midst of awaiting outcome in my health
My mum having a mastectomy in this decade I am now facing and already myself experiencing some biopsies myself in the past distant ... so far so OK until that time with my late husband ...
I structured the day so as not to over tire myself and enjoying the here and now
